Deep creativity is healing, emotional and transformative.

It takes us to places that are unexpected and arises out of the potent void of potential and possibility.

Who we are when we create is something akin to a hero in the myths of old. We are no longer afraid of shapes in the shadows, we walk boldly into dark caves, and take on big monsters armed with very little more than conviction and a determination to keep our story going. -

We are not the story though. We are the storytellers, and when we realize this, we become at once not only the hero but, also the narrator of a fluid tale which we can change at will. This turns our life into a creative journey. A journey of which we are at the center, as hero, and also above, as narrator. - This allows us to release the attachment to outcome for the hero, the “I” at the center of the story. As narrator, there is an understanding of a wider perspective, an unfolding web of connectivity where our bigger, “over” self, the self-as-narrator- can freely play with the unfolding of life ever-arising.
